I found a code for 10% off any purchase at HD (from Retailmenot.com) that I was able to use in conjunction with the 5% cashback from Ebates.com. Dunno how long it'll be valid, but every little bit helps if anyone is able to use it.

Access HD online through Ebates.com (currently 5%...you must register, pays in 60 days via PayPal or check, no other catches), select your items, use code ?RVD6C9T? during checkout at HD for 10%, then pick up in store or have it delivered. I was even able to pay with my Amazon Visa for an additional 1%, so 16% is actually possible (more if your card offers bigger incentives). It?s not quite as good as an HF 20% off coupon, but for those who got refused, this is better than a stick in the eye!
