At the consultation, she will provide a list of recommendations followed by an estimate. We will automatically pay for this consultation. ?Once the home is staged, we will get it professionally photographed. ?We will follow a very comprehensive marketing plan, both traditional and on-line to sell it quickly and for more money. ?Just look at our statistics to see how we perform! ?:)

And, when the property sells and closes escrow, we will refund up to $3,500 in staging costs as a credit to you.
